⚖️ Terms of Service — Pulserig GMC Compliance & Ads Rescue

1. About Pulserig

UK-registered company providing ads compliance audits, reinstatements, and monitoring.

2. Nature of Services

Professional digital services for Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Ads. We use legitimate, policy-aligned methods; no unauthorised contacts or practices.

3. Pre-Audit & Eligibility

  • We conduct an initial audit to estimate success; we accept cases with ~95% likelihood of reinstatement.
  • We decline work involving illegal goods, weapons, explosives, counterfeit items, political propaganda, or deceptive practices.

4. Refunds & Performance.

  • Refunds are not available after work has begun, except where service cannot be delivered due to our fault.
  • Monitoring plan: cancel anytime; service continues until period end.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and grant access via user invitations/access codes (never passwords).
  • Remove prohibited products and maintain transparent policies (returns, shipping, contact details).

6. Monitoring & Fix Plan

While subscribed, we perform monthly checks and fix minor issues. If suspended during an active subscription, we investigate, repair within scope, and submit/guide appeals at no extra cost where reinstatement is possible.

7. No Guarantee of Platform Approval

Final decisions rest with Google/Microsoft. We cannot guarantee reinstatement in cases of fraud, illegality, or prohibited content.

8. IP & Content

All Pulserig branding and materials are protected and may not be reproduced without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect/consequential loss or platform actions/changes. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

10. Data Protection

Handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not store client passwords.

11. Governing Law

England & Wales jurisdiction.
