Can you guarantee my account will be reinstated?

No. Pulserig carries out the compliance work, website checks, Merchant Center/feed alignment and appeal support included in the selected package, but the final reinstatement decision is made by Google or Microsoft. We cannot guarantee approval, reinstatement, review timing, sales, traffic or advertising eligibility.

Is my data secure with Pulserig?

Yes. Pulserig only requests the access needed to complete the agreed compliance checks, technical fixes and review support. We do not share client access information and we handle data with care.

Do you support both Google and Microsoft Ads?

What's the difference between Essential Fix and Full Rescue?

Essential Fix (£299) includes manual compliance review, website and policy checks, product/feed alignment support, common Shopify/theme issue checks where applicable, and appeal/review support. Full Rescue (£699) includes everything in Essential Fix plus SEO, structured data, crawl clarity, product visibility and AI search visibility improvements.

What does the service fee cover?

The fee covers the manual audit, compliance work, technical checks, policy review, product/feed alignment, communication preparation and appeal/review support included in the selected package. It is not a payment for a guaranteed Google or Microsoft decision.

What happens if Google does not reinstate the account?

Pulserig will complete the agreed compliance and review support work, but Google may still decline reinstatement because of account history, business legitimacy checks, previous policy history, undisclosed business relationships, customer complaint signals or other information outside Pulserig's control. Any refund request after work has started is assessed based on the work already completed.

Can you help with accounts in other countries?

Yes. Pulserig works with merchants in multiple regions and adapts compliance checks to the store, feed, policy setup and target country. Local legal or platform requirements may vary by region.
