Who we are
Pulserig GMC Compliance & Ads Rescue (Pulserig) is the trading name of PULSERIG LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16753599. Pulserig is a UK-based online service run from Walsall, United Kingdom, and works remotely with ecommerce merchants in the UK and internationally. There is no walk-in office.
Pulserig was founded and is run by Matthew Hollyoake, who leads the audits and compliance repair work and writes the Pulserig guides.

Free audit
You request a free audit. A person reviews your public store, supported by Lissa, Pulserig's own scanning app. Automated findings are always checked by a human before they become a recommendation.
Scoped recommendation
You receive the likely causes and a recommended route: fix it yourself, Essential Fix (£299) or Full Rescue (£699). Nothing is sold before the audit confirms the work fits.
Repair and review preparation
Pulserig fixes the issues within its control and prepares the store for review. You submit, or approve submission of, the review request in your own account.
How access works
Pulserig never asks for your password. Where private evidence is needed, you add Pulserig as a collaborator or user in Shopify, Google Merchant Center or Google Ads with the minimum permissions required. You can see and remove that access at any time. Please never send passwords, verification codes or payment details.
Independence and limits
Pulserig is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Google or Microsoft, and it is not a Google Partner.
Google makes the final decision
Pulserig audits and fixes the issues within its control. Google (or Microsoft) makes every approval, reinstatement and enforcement decision and controls how long reviews take, so reinstatement cannot be guaranteed.
Independent software
Lissa is Pulserig's storefront scanning app. It reads public store evidence only, is not operated by Google, and its automated findings need human validation.
