🧾 Refund Policy — Pulserig GMC Compliance & Ads Rescue

Thank you for choosing Pulserig GMC Compliance & Ads Rescue.
We provide specialist digital services that include Google Merchant Centre and Microsoft Ads reinstatement, compliance audits, and ongoing monitoring.

Because these are digital, time-based services that begin shortly after purchase, our refund terms are as follows:

🔹 Before Work Begins

If you contact us before any audit or reinstatement work has started, we will issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.

🔹 After Work Has Begun

Once we start your compliance review, appeal preparation, or reinstatement process, refunds are no longer available, as time and expert analysis have already been allocated to your case. 

If you have subscribed to a monitoring plan, you can cancel anytime — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew.

🔹 Service Not Delivered

If, for any reason, we fail to begin your service within 10 business days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

🔹 Reinstatement Disclaimer

While we follow all platform rules and use proven methods, final reinstatement decisions rest with Google and Microsoft.
We cannot guarantee all reinstatement outcomes, but we always deliver the full scope of work depending on the merchant’s suspension. We will only accept work once a full audit is complete and we know we have at least a 95% chance of reinstatement of the merchant’s accounts. 

The other 5% is all down to the client. What we do at Pulserig is fix all violations found within a website and Goggle Merchant Center Account. Unfortunately we can not fix clients past relations with Google or help with business documents or blacklists.

If a client is blacklisted or running an dishonest business and we are not aware and Google fails to reinstate there Google Merchant Center account this is not the fault of Pulserig GMC Compliance. We make accounts and websites 100% compliant as per Googles policy's.

Trust factors that get discussed on calls and Free Audits are the clients responsibility 

Replacement refund 

Pulserig provides Google Merchant Center compliance, website trust clean-up, product/feed alignment, Shopify theme/code checks where applicable, and appeal/review support.

Our service is based on the work required to identify, fix and submit the account for review. Google Merchant Center reinstatement decisions are made solely by Google and remain outside Pulserig’s control.

For this reason, our packages do not include a guaranteed reinstatement outcome and are not sold on a “full refund if Google does not reinstate the account” basis.

Once work has started, fees cover the audit, manual compliance work, website fixes, Merchant Center checks, product/feed alignment, communication preparation, and appeal/review support already carried out.

If a refund is requested after work has started, any refund will be assessed based on the stage of work completed. Completed work, audit time, technical fixes, policy updates, feed checks, theme/code changes, and appeal preparation are not refundable.

Pulserig will always complete the agreed work professionally and submit/support the review process where included, but the final approval, suspension removal, review timing and account decision remain with Google.
