Pulserig’s Monitoring & Fix Plan (£20/month) is a digital, recurring service. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

Customer Cancellations

Cancel anytime from your account portal or by emailing support@pulseriggmcadsrescue.co.uk.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds for unused time on digital services.

Changes

Request upgrades, downgrades, or pauses; changes normally apply from the next billing cycle.

Cancellations by Pulserig

Non-payment or failed billing
Terms of Service violations (e.g., prohibited content)
Abuse or fraud

If cancelled for reasons outside these, a pro-rata refund is provided.

Reactivation

You can re-enrol at any time on our website.
