We provide digital and professional services (no physical goods). Nothing is shipped by courier; services are delivered electronically.

How Services Are Delivered

  • Order confirmation by email within 24 hours
  • Specialist contacts you for details or access codes/user invitations
  • Work typically begins within 1–3 business days once access is granted

Typical Timeframes

  • Free Audit: 1–2 business days
  • Essential Fix (£299): initial audit within 3 business days; reinstatement process 5–10 business days (platform-dependent)
  • Full Rescue (£699): priority handling within 2–7 business days
  • Monitoring & Fix Plan (£20/month): ongoing monthly service

Non-Delivery

If service has not begun within 10 business days and you have not heard from us, you are entitled to a full refund (see Refund Policy).

Security

Access to your accounts is granted via user invitations or access codes — we never request or store passwords. You retain full ownership at all times.
